I specialize in buyer and listing agent services, assisting with relocations, and guiding first-time homebuyers, military families, empty nesters, and condo enthusiasts.

Owning a home on Lake Lanier, I get the ins and outs of lake homes, whether looking for something full time or as a second home or investment opportunity. I have owned a successful rental property in Blue Ridge in the North Georgia mountains and currently own a profitable oceanfront rental condo in Panama City.

Full of energy and ideas, I love uncovering the unique story in every home and sharing home design tips to make it truly yours. With 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, especially in real estate and travel, I have the background to make your home shine in the real estate market.

For over 3 years, I've been a Superhost with Airbnb, sharing my family’s sweet spot on the Chestatee River in Dahlonega, GA. Being a host and helping friends find short-term rental gems inspired me to get my license in spring 2023. I'm all about investment properties and using my experience to make the process smooth for you. I lived in New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio and England before landing in Forsyth County at 13. Coming from a family that moved often, I understand the moving drill. Helping other families get settled in the perfect area for their needs and connecting them through resources and support brings me so much joy! Moving can be stressful and I want to lessen the burden for you.

My husband and I love raising our kids in Forsyth, an area that I’ve basically called home for the past 25 years aside from my time at Auburn University and a few years working in Atlanta.
