Before lifting the hot tub cover, always unhook the latch.

The latch keeps the cover securely in place, but if it isn’t unhooked first, the cover could be damaged when trying to lift it.

After you unhook it, lift the hot tub up and then over onto the hydraulic system.

To put the hot tub cover on the hydraulic system, follow these steps:

1. Lift the cover by holding the edge (make sure the latch is unhooked first!).

2. Place the cover carefully onto the hydraulic arms. The hydraulic system helps you open and close the cover easily.

3. Make sure the cover is fully resting on the hydraulic system before proceeding.
